We are locally (Florida) owned and operated. We aren't one of these companies that are based on the other side of the US and then call around to find a sub-contractor to perform the work in whatever city/state their sales reps are in. Call us, The Auto Glass Company; the local guys!
Unfortunately, most states, Florida included, do not require any type of formal training for someone to call themselves an auto glass technician. There are some companies that only employ sales reps to find broken windshields then call an auto glass contractor and pay them to complete the work. One of the main problems with this way of doing business is, that if you have a warranty issue it will be very difficult to get that company to come out and address whatever issue you may be having due to the fact they do not employ glass techs. We DO NOT use subcontractors, only our own employees, who are certified, licensed, and insured. And as always, you get our Lifetime Warranty.
