Unfortunately, most states, Florida included, do not require any type of formal training for someone to call themselves an auto glass technician. There are some companies who only employ sales reps to find broken windshields then call an auto glass contractor and pay them to complete the work. One of the main problems with this way of doing business is, if you have a warranty issue it will be very difficult to get that company to come out and address whatever issue you may be having. We do not use subcontractors, only our own employees, who are certified, licensed, and insured. And as always, you get our Lifetime Warranty.
